Training Programme: 1 Week Adviser Training Course in London Office (on commencement) followed by integration into the Adviser desk with ongoing training and mentorship from Team Leaders.

As we continue to expand our European operations, we are seeking ambitious professionals to join us as new Private Wealth Advisers.
Role Overview
This role is designed for individuals in the early stages of their wealth management career, such as Business Development Managers, Paraplanners, or junior advisory professionals, who are ready to progress into client-facing advisory positions.
You will join our April 2026 intake and complete a 1-week Adviser Development Course, equipping you with the skills, confidence, and technical knowledge required to transition into the Private Wealth Adviser role. Following successful completion, you will begin building and managing your own portfolio of international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, maintain, and grow strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and institutions.
Financial Planning & Advisory:
- Provide personalized investment advice and comprehensive wealth management services, including retirement planning, tax optimisation, estate planning, and portfolio management. Analyse clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to recommend customised solutions.
Investment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement investment strategies and asset allocation models that are in line with clients' goals and risk profiles.
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay up to date with global and local financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to offer relevant and timely advice to clients.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with other financial experts within the organisation, including tax advisors, estate planners, and portfolio managers, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Client Portfolio Monitoring:
- Regularly monitor client portfolios and financial plans, ensuring they align with their evolving goals and market conditions.
New Client Acquisition:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all financial advice and actions adhere to local and international regulatory standards and ethical practices.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and present periodic reports on clients' financial performance and recommendations. Ensure accurate documentation of client meetings and transactions.
Key Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Qualified or working towards UK Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, Advanced CySEC, or equivalent.
- Experience in wealth management, paraplanning, or a BDM role within the financial services sector preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of financial products, investments, and fundamental financial planning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Experience using financial planning tools/software is an advantage.
- Multilingual skills and knowledge of European financial landscapes are beneficial.
