About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Web Developer who lives inside Webflow, someone who understands that a website is not just a design asset, but a growth engine.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, UI/UX, and performance marketing. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and the marketing team to continuously improve, optimize, and scale our digital presence.

If you enjoy ownership, clean execution, and building things that actually go live and perform, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage our Webflow website end-to-end

• Build, refine, and maintain pages with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and conversion

• Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including schema markup and technical SEO elements

• Work closely with UI/UX concepts — spacing, hierarchy, responsiveness, and flow matter here

• Support landing pages and experiments tied to performance marketing campaigns

• Ensure the site remains fast, clean, scalable, and up to date

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on Webflow experience (this is non-negotiable)

• Currently working with Webflow or have done so in your most recent role

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles (you don’t need to be a designer, but you must “see” good design)

• Practical knowledge of SEO schemas and technical SEO

• Comfortable working independently and executing without heavy supervision

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Detail-oriented, but not slow — you finish what you start

• Available to join immediately or at short notice

Role Details

• Employment Type: Full-time only

• Location: Mumbai (on-site / hybrid as applicable)

• Salary: Up to ₹100,000 per month (based on experience)
