Role Overview

This is an entry-level investment analyst role focused on trade execution, portfolio support and market analysis. The primary responsibility is the accurate execution, validation, and settlement of investment trades across platforms and providers. The role sits within the Central Investment Operations team and works closely with advisers across the globe to process dealing instructions, as well as supporting portfolio construction and research into market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process investment trades

• Ensure accurate settlement, reconciliation, and confirmation of trades across platforms and providers

• Maintain accurate investment records and support post-trade operational processes

• Support portfolio construction and ongoing monitoring using approved model portfolios and tools such as FE Analytics

• Respond to internal and adviser queries relating to portfolio construction and current market positioning

• Conduct market and fund-level research to support portfolio reviews and investment discussions

• Assist in preparing internal investment materials and performance reporting

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

• 0–1 year of relevant professional experience

• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset

• Clear communicator, comfortable working with advisers and investment data

• Interest in portfolio construction, markets, and investment operations
